No Bake Lemonade Pie

4C Ingredients :

4C Lemonade Pitcher Packs

Ingredients:

Filling:
1 box sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix
1 1⁄4 cups milk
½ packet of 4C Lemonade Pitcher Pack (1 packet makes 2 qts of drink)
8 ounces Cool Whip, thawed
whipped cream and blueberries for garnish
Crust:
1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
¾ cup sugar
7 tablespoons of unsalted butter, melted

Directions:

Crust:
In a small bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Divide mixture amongst 12 custard cups or rock glasses and press down to form crust on the bottom.
Filling:
Mix pudding and milk.
Mix 4C Lemonade Drink Mix Pitcher Pack with Cool Whip and combine with pudding.
Pour mixture into glasses on top of crust
Refrigerate.
Top with whipped cream and garnish with blueberries
Recipe yields 8-12 cups
