Pasta with Toasted Breadcrumbs
4C Ingredients :
4C Seasoned Bread Crumbs & 4C Grated Romano Cheese
Ingredients:
1 lb pasta
¾ cup olive oil
2/3 cup 4C Seasoned Bread Crumbs
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
1 cup chopped prosciutto
1/2 cup 4C Romano Cheese
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
Directions:
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook, stirring occasionally, until tender.
In a large sauté pan, heat the oil over a medium flame. Add the 4C Crumbs, salt and pepper. Stir constantly and cook about 2 minutes, until breadcrumbs are golden brown.
Working quickly, drain the pasta and stir it into the pan with toasted bread crumbs. Remove the pan from heat and stir in the prosciutto and cheese. Garnish with parsley.
