Lemonade Sorbet
4C Ingredients :
4C Lemonade Mix
Ingredients:
4 cups 4C Lemonade
zest from 1 lemon
Directions:
Mix 4C Lemonade Mix and lemon zest.
Pour into 8-inch square freezer-proof dish.
Freeze 3 hours or until firm, scraping frozen mixture from sides of dish every 30min.
Remove sorbet from freezer about 10 minutes before serving to soften slightly.
Scoop out frozen sorbet with a spoon to create small spheres.
Place in small dish or cup.
Garnish with mint leaf.
